If your purchase isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email to generate a return label.

  Pack Items

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all ALIGNE tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
